After privatization of Fertilizer import, Sea Trade Fertilizer Limited dealt with imported fertilizer mainly "Urea", "TSP", "SSP" and "MOP" till 1994. The company was confined to fertilizer trade only. From 1995, in addition to fertilizer trading, the company established re-packing factory at Tongi on agricultural pesticide and presently the company is marketing agricultural pesticides on importing from "M/S. Zhejiang Chemicals Import & Export Corporation, Hangzhou, China" and within a span of 2 years time the company earned very good reputation in the agricultural pesticides sector with annual growth of more than 60%. At present the company is marketing a number of registered agricultural pesticides having about 5% of total annual marketing turn over of over 200 crore Taka.
Navana Industries Limited was established as a modern and specialized engineering complex in production of spare staves, shutters, bobbins and bobbin carriers. In Bangladesh, the Jute Mills features as dominant industrial sector. Therefore, the need of such consumable spares are also big. In this light, Navana Industries has earned a distinctive mark and importance in the service of the country's industrial growth.

Essential products Limited (EPL) is engaged in a wide scope of activities in manufacturing of industrial, agricultural equipment and domestic utensils to meet the country's ever increasing demands.
